ho fatto cosi:
-purgato amsn che avevo da synaptic

-scaricato il file .rpm e con alien -d amsn0.95.rpm ho creato il deb

-dpkg -i amsn0.95.deb

tutto ok, sembrerebbe, ma quando vado a caricarlo mi appare questo:

quell'errore te lo da se provi ad eseguire il file senza compilare, me l'ha fatto pure a me. Ma non ho capito, semplicemente con i sorgenti ./configure make e make install ci hai provato? a me nessunissimo problema!

si credo proprio che sia così, installa con il tuo gestore di pacchetti le librerie tcl/tk. Ora da nubbio quale sono, credo che con ubuntu si possa usare synaptic... lo apri (se non l'hai installato dai un apt-get install synaptic) e cerci per esempio "tk" . Ti installi tutti i pachetti tcl e tk e dovrebbe andare!

Installa apt-file, poi da shell un apt-file update, ora potrai cercare quale pacchetto contiene quel file:

apt-file search tkConfig.sh

Non vorrei dire una cavokata, ma mi sembra per per compilare servano i pacchetti con suffisso dev, quindi ad esempio a te serviranno i pachetti tcl/tk-dev :P

RPM di suse 10.0 non linkava correttamente al file dando un errore dal sito ufficiale di amsn
