problema cuffia bluetooh

ciao a tutti
mio cugino ha acquistato una cuffia bluetooh della logitech, ma non siamo riusciti a farla funzionare, in quanto cuffia viene rilevata e vengono installati i componenti in Gestione Periferiche (audio bluetooh) ho impostato anche in suoni selezionando la periferica per la riproduzione e la registrazione dei suoni ma la penna non funziona (non registra e nemmeno riproduce).

If you are using Windows XP and SP2, you should be aware that Bluetooth Stack that comes with Windows XP Service PS2 does NOT support Bluetooth headsets. You must implement a Bluetooth Stack that does support headsets.

If your headset is detected, you should right-click its icon and select the Properties tab. Now, click on the Services tab and checkmark the Headset and Audio Gateway boxes. If those check boxes are not available, your Bluetooth Stack does not support Bluetooth headsets.

If the headset is supported, only then you can proceed with the correct pairing.
