Gruppo di continuità: configurazione Windows

Salve!
Qualcuno di voi si è mai imbattuto nella configurazione di un gruppo di continuità in Windows, dopo averlo attaccato tramite la porta seriale? Io ho l'ho configurato come Gruppo generico ma non conosco le polarità relative ai segnali che mi vengono richieste, che sono:

- Interruz. alimentaz./Batteria
- Livello di batterie basso
- Arresto del gruppo di continuità

Chi si è trovato a farlo saprà che devo attribuirgli polarità positiva o negativa.. ma io non ho manuali del mio gruppo e inoltre sul web non trovo nulla.. il gruppo è Elsist Lily 8 800VA. E' possibile che gruppi simili utilizzino le stesse impostazioni riguardo la polarità? Fatemi sapere, vi prego :(

the manual, then the best way to find out the polarity of the UPS Interface Voltages (negative or positive), is to simulate the problems and monitoring the pins: CTS, DCD, DTR, and Ground utilizing a multimeter.

You can also set the UPS Interface Voltages negative or positive or a combination of the two, and see what happens!

Registry gurus, may also find information in this Registry Hive:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UPS\ServiceProviders
Under this subkey, the UPS manufacturer vendor may create an entry for each UPS model.

Some of the Values that you could find:
0x00000001 The UPS is installed.
0x00000002 The UPS supports power failure notification.
0x00000004 The UPS supports notification of low battery power.
0x00000008 The UPS can be turned off using the serial port.
0x00000010 Power failure notification is indicated by a positive signal.
0x00000020 Low battery notification is indicated by a positive signal.
0x00000040 The UPS is turned off by a positive signal.
0x00000080 Reserved. Do not use.
