io ne sto vendendo una con chipset 845E (simile a quel che cerchi ma senza video integrato), guarda QUI (http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?p=9853359) (casomai fammi sapere via pvt o in quel thread, se ti interessa)
