Con Photoshop CS fai cosi:
1. Create a new image 800 x 1000, 44 RGB

2. New layer, Edit, Preferences, Guides + Grid. Set Guideline every: 50 pix and Subdivisions: 1. Then select the Zoom tool and Fit on Screen.

3. Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool and create a rectangle shape, use the Fill Tool to fill the selection black. Now Deselect and change the opacity of this layer to 40%. This will be a guide to help you with the basic shape of this image so you may lock this layer.

4. Add a New Layer and select the Pencil Tool, 1px. And zoom in to a corner at about 200% and start tracing your way around the rectangle, making jagged edges along the way. Take your time and zoom in and out to see your progress and make sure you leave no gaps along the way.

5. Select the zoom tool and Fit on Screen. Now you can delete the layer with the rectangle and remove the grid.

6. Select the Magic wand, 30 tolerance, uncheck antialias, check Continuous and Use all layers. Now chouse Select and Inverse. (Leave this selection during the hole tutorial.)

7. Create a new layer and select the Air Brush, soft 100 pix, Pressure 8% and work your way around the shape again going in and out of the rips. Now select a smaller brush and work your way around once again.

8. Now add a new layer and chouse a Foreground color D7B683 and Background ECCA8E. Select Foreground and fill in the paper. Ok now go to Filter Texture, Textureize. Chouse Canvas, Scaling 100 % and Relief 1, and top.

9. Pick a soft Air brush at 200 px, Color Burn and Opacity 10% and pass the brush all over the paper, your basically scribbling here. Now select Color Dodge at 4%. Take the Opacity of the layer down 45 to 65 %.

At this point I played around and bit with the layers, I copped the the air brush layer to bring out the shadows, also merged layers and played with the lighting. You can add a shadow in the back and if you want even make a new layer and add in some stylish writing.
