ragazzi ho scaricato HijackThis vi posto il log ditemi ke c'è che non va,il mio pc è troppo strano ultimamente

In prima battuta devi eliminare questa linea:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

cancella il file C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

poi scarica l'ultima versione di Hijackthis che è la 1.99.1 e riposta il log.

Sei infettato da Nail.exe.

ho fatto la scansioone con hijackthis poi ho copiato il log e oltre a nail che ora proverò a rimuovere ho paura per questo cos'è?

Abbastanza sospetto Se il Dominio non appartiene al vostro provider Internet od alla vostra rete aziendale, questi elementi dovrebbero essere eliminati. Anche gli elementi 'SearchList' dovrebbero essere cancellati (Fix).
Conoscete l'indirizzo IP o il Dominio '85.37.17.9-151.99.125.1'? Se no, eliminate questo oggetto.
Dove posso vedere l'indirizzo ip o queste informazioni.

hai provato a seguire passo passo le istruzioni del link di Bluepix?
Quella è la prima cosa da provare, se non funziona, disattiva il ripristino di configurazione di sistema, fixa le seguenti voci nel tuo log di hijackthis

Fai una pulizia dei file temporanei con ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/)
Una scansione con Ewido (http://www.ewido.net/en/)
ed una scansione online con Bitdefender (http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html)
