Vista/7 - Schermate blu (bsod):individuazione cause dell'errore e possibili soluzioni - Pagina 66

Comparso un bel BSOD dopo vari mesi d'assenza!
BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO!

Vabbè, riavvio e ripristino del sistema affidato al wizard automatico.
Quindi fatto uno scandisk per sicurezza che ha rilevato e corretto tanti, troppi errori...
Ora nascono i problemi mai avuti le altre volte che ho ripristinato il sistema ad un precedente punto di ripristino [allorché mi chiedo se il wizard ha fatto quello o altro].

Alcune applicazioni sono installate ma non funzionano, quando le scopro devo disinstallarle e reinstallarle, vabbé amen lo faccio.

Il problema principale sono i driver video. Al momento attuale "sopravvivono", le applicazioni 3D funzionano. L'accelerazione HW non tanto, es: pagine internet dove non viene visualizzato nulla mentre con accelerazione hw disattivata si vedono.
Se aggiorno i driver [sovrascrivendo o disinstallando i precedenti] ad ogni minimo uso della scheda video [giochi, IE\firefox con accelerazione hw attiva, video con accelerazione hw] il PC si freeza e lo schermo diventa nero con strane righe orizzontali. Come faccio a saperlo? Semplice ho provato e ho dovuto ripristinare nuovamente....

Idee per sistemare i driver senza formattare?

Inizio a pensare che si sia mezzo-fritto il registro di sistema

Oltre al registro temo ci possa eesre qualche problema con l'HD. Comunque sul tuo errore ho trovato questo: questo problema può verificarsi se l'attributo di sola lettura è stata impostata su un file del Registro di sistema.
Nell'analisi del file dmp oltre a quel messaggio c'è qualcos'altro?

HDTune mi da il disco ok nel tab Health e un quick scan non rileva errori.

Il Debug lo sto eseguendo ora con windbg.

Il punto 3 è il finale BSOD con BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO.
Dovrei pensare che il BSOD sia solo la conseguenza del punto 1? cioè:
"Caricamento del driver \SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\hwinterface.sys bloccato a causa di incompatibilità con il sistema in uso. "

un problema o HW o conflitti driver. Intabnto proverei in modalità provisoria come va e testa la ram

RAM è ok.
Conflitti di driver veramente non saprei, non ho installato nulla di superfluo e ho limitato gli update a quelli necessari. Pulitori di sistema ho usato solo ccleaner ma per i file temporanei dei programmi, non ho mai toccato il registro o i file temp di windows [ho voluto fare il bravo questa volta

Il PC ora come ora funziona, ho i problemi con l'accelerazione hw nei browser su alcuni siti e non posso aggiornare i driver video altrimenti poi si blocca tutto.
Finché tira e non ho bisogno di aggiornare i driver vado avanti

windbg mi dice che non ho i symbols adatti

Ho sia provato a scaricarli dal sito che a cancellare la cartella e a mettere SRV*c:\Windows\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols.

Ciao a tutti, sono circa cinque giorni che ho dei BSOD e mi sto preoccupando sempre di più: finora erano stati circa uno al giorno all'avvio, stamattina invece ne ho beccati quattro di fila.

Dovresti iniziare dalla ram, memetest o ancora meglio scollegando un banco alla volta e quindi utilizzando il pc per controllare come va la situazione

Pensi che possa essere un problema hardware, addirittura? Ma i pezzi sono nuovi...Ho cambiato totalmente componenti, e quindi anche RAM, rispetto all'altro PC, è rimasto soltanto il lettore/masterizzatore DVD.

Da neofita ho pensato ad un errore software, tanto più che proprio da cinque o sei giorni, cioè da quando ho i BSOD, ho installato i driver nVidia beta.
Potrei provare a tornare ai vecchi...Comunque, ho già testato l'HD con HDTune e non ci sono errori di sorta nei cluster.

Potrebbe anche dipendere da un problema di driver a livello kernel o di qualche conflitto con software installato, però in ordine darei una controllata alla ram e poi una controllata ai driver, aggiornandoli oppure nel caso lo fossero già provando una versione precedente, iniziando dalla scheda video.

sul sito trovi il pacchetto auto-installante su pennetta usb
oppure c'è l'immagine per floppy, cd-rom

Buongiorno,espongo il mio problema.
Devo sistemare il portatile acer di un mio amico che aveva l'hd rotto.
Prima di acquistare uno nuovo volevo provare ad installare windows 7 64bit su un hd in mio possesso.
Dopo aver avviato l'installazione, durante la fase di copia di file compare un errore : Impossibile installare i file necessari. File danneggiato o mancante. Verificare che tutti i file necessari per l'installazione siano disponibili quindi riavviare l'installazione. Codice errore: 0x80070570

note:
1.ho usato sia il dvd di seven (usato in altre installazioni andate al termine perfettamente)
sia una chiavetta usb per l'installazione.
entrambe le volte dava l'errore.
2.Ho usato 2 hdd diversi ed entrambi errore.

Controlla ram e HD, magari riprova l'installazione provando a scollegare un banco ram diverso per ogni installazione fallita

Salve a tutti,Vi pongo il mio problema, ultimamente da 2/3 settimane ho delle schermate blu al pc, ogni 2/3 ore di media da quando lo riavvio o lo accendo, non ho installato niente di particolare, anzi 1 settimana fa ho reinstallato tutto perche credevo qualche programma andasse in conflitto...invece ci risiamo!
vi posto le foto delle schermate blu in questione...forse voi sapere aiutarmi, anzi lo spero, perche sto uscendo pazzo!

ho gia testato le ram con mentest86+ all'avio del pc, gli ho fatto fare 3 passate e non sono usciti errori, l'hdd è stato cambiato 2 mesi fa perche l'altro aveva problemi.

salve ragazzi,
arrivo subito al dunque... da circa un paio di settimane ho continui freeze e bsod con WIN7 Ultimate 32bit.

non capisco assolutamente da che possa dipendere, anche perchè fino al 28 settembre il mio pc funzionava come un orologio e non ho mai avuto problemi di questo tipo.

la mia configurazione:

Q6600
Striker Extreme
MSI 8800 GT
2x Kingston HyperX 1066 CL5 1GB
(come in firma, tornato tutto default unica differenza sostituito l'enermax con un corsair 750).

WIN7 Ultimate 32bit build 7600

ho provato MemTest ma non ho errori, ho provato a resettare il bios e a fare uno scan con i sistemi di riparazione di Windows ma non ha rilevato errori.

monitorato le temp del mio pc ma sono tutte nella norma anche sotto stress. (editing video e videogiochi ad es.)

allego gli gli ultimi 9 bsod, siccome sono stato una serata intera a combattere con il debugger di win senza successo vi posto gli screen di bluescreenview sperando che le informazioni contenute siano bastevoli... sperò altresì vivamente che qualche buon'anima abbia il tempo e la voglia di aiutarmi perchè sono veramente disperato, troll e/o gente inopportuna vi prego rimanete fuori.

Vabbè, riavvio e ripristino del sistema affidato al wizard automatico. Quindi fatto uno scandisk per sicurezza che ha rilevato e corretto tanti, troppi errori... Ora nascono i problemi mai avuti le altre volte che ho ripristinato il sistema ad un precedente punto di ripristino [allorché mi chiedo se il wizard ha fatto quello o altro]. Alcune applicazioni sono installate ma non funzionano, quando le scopro devo disinstallarle e reinstallarle, vabbé amen lo faccio. Il problema principale sono i driver video. Al momento attuale "sopravvivono", le applicazioni 3D funzionano. L'accelerazione HW non tanto, es: pagine internet dove non viene visualizzato nulla mentre con accelerazione hw disattivata si vedono. Se aggiorno i driver [sovrascrivendo o disinstallando i precedenti] ad ogni minimo uso della scheda video [giochi, IE\firefox con accelerazione hw attiva, video con accelerazione hw] il PC si freeza e lo schermo diventa nero con strane righe orizzontali. Come faccio a saperlo? Semplice ho provato e ho dovuto ripristinare nuovamente.... Idee per sistemare i driver senza formattare? Comunque sul tuo errore ho trovato questo: questo problema può verificarsi se l'attributo di sola lettura è stata impostata su un file del Registro di sistema. Conflitti di driver veramente non saprei, non ho installato nulla di superfluo e ho limitato gli update a quelli necessari. Pulitori di sistema ho usato solo ccleaner ma per i file temporanei dei programmi, non ho mai toccato il registro o i file temp di windows [ho voluto fare il bravo questa volta ]. Il PC ora come ora funziona, ho i problemi con l'accelerazione hw nei browser su alcuni siti e non posso aggiornare i driver video altrimenti poi si blocca tutto. Prima di acquistare uno nuovo volevo provare ad installare windows 7 64bit su un hd in mio possesso. Dopo aver avviato l'installazione, durante la fase di copia di file compare un errore : Impossibile installare i file necessari. File danneggiato o mancante. Verificare che tutti i file necessari per l'installazione siano disponibili quindi riavviare l'installazione. Codice errore: 0x80070570 Cliccando ok compare la BSOD: Uploaded with ImageShack.us note: 1.ho usato sia il dvd di seven (usato in altre installazioni andate al termine perfettamente) sia una chiavetta usb per l'installazione. entrambe le volte dava l'errore. 2.Ho usato 2 hdd diversi ed entrambi errore. Possibili cause?

ugomanubrio Member Iscritto dal: May 2008 Messaggi: 70	salve ragazzi, arrivo subito al dunque... da circa un paio di settimane ho continui freeze e bsod con WIN7 Ultimate 32bit. non capisco assolutamente da che possa dipendere, anche perchè fino al 28 settembre il mio pc funzionava come un orologio e non ho mai avuto problemi di questo tipo. la mia configurazione: Q6600 Striker Extreme MSI 8800 GT 2x Kingston HyperX 1066 CL5 1GB (come in firma, tornato tutto default unica differenza sostituito l'enermax con un corsair 750). WIN7 Ultimate 32bit build 7600 ho provato MemTest ma non ho errori, ho provato a resettare il bios e a fare uno scan con i sistemi di riparazione di Windows ma non ha rilevato errori. monitorato le temp del mio pc ma sono tutte nella norma anche sotto stress. (editing video e videogiochi ad es.) allego gli gli ultimi 9 bsod, siccome sono stato una serata intera a combattere con il debugger di win senza successo vi posto gli screen di bluescreenview sperando che le informazioni contenute siano bastevoli... sperò altresì vivamente che qualche buon'anima abbia il tempo e la voglia di aiutarmi perchè sono veramente disperato, troll e/o gente inopportuna vi prego rimanete fuori. cominciamo... 28.09 30.08 01.10 01.10 (secondo bsod) 02.10 06.10 (un sospiro di sollievo avevo avuto, 4 giorni ok... col cavolo, da qui iniziano problemi peggiori... da qui il pc prima mi freeza qualsiasi cosa stia facendo dopo circa 4 ore dopodichè al successivo riavvio circa 10 minuti va in bsod). 06.10 (capitolo 2 ) 06.10 (capitolo 3 ) 07.10 (oggi) mi scuso vivamente con tutti per la lunghezza del post e per il numero immane di immagini hostate ma non so veramente che pesci pigliare... hardware? software? formatto? accendo un cero a San Steve Jobs (rip)? mi butto da un cavalcavia? mi può aiutare solo chi ne sa più di me Ultima modifica di ugomanubrio : 07-10-2011 alle 01:11.
