Thank you. I realize amod is not WRT, but I noticed most of the commands seem to work.
How would I do this with dnsmasq? And would this be placed in a /etc/amod/conf/wan.user ?

From amod create a default dnsmasq configuration and enable it (amod->services), then run the iptables command and download the hostfile in a specific directory like /etc/amod/conf
In the dnsmasq configuration file include the hostfile fullpath (google is your friend) and restart dnsmasq.
If it works then you can start implementing an automated script.
