1) Check last software version at http://europe.nokia.com/A4577224
2) Enter 0536850 as product code (E65 Italian support language)
04/11/2007 version 2.0633.65.01
3) Download Nokia Software Update from http://europe.nokia.com/A4579163
4) If your product code is different to 0536850, download NSS from http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk/software.htm
4.a) write somewhere your actual code (or remember it)
4.b) modify it to 0536850
5) Backup your software in memory card or using Nokia PC Suite
6) Update firmware using Nokia Software Update
7) If you changed the product code, restore it back to the original one.
8) Enjoy your updated phone
